Mark was very honest, professional, informative and worked hard for both the seller as well as the buyer.

Mark selected me! I had an on line question, he called. I was dealing with three properties at the same time with three different realty companies, and there was no comparison with Mark. That man did everything under the sun for me concerning this property! The other two properties where in slightly different situations, and those realtors were wonderful, but Mark was exceptional!

Even once when I accidentally dialed him, I hung up right away. Mark called me a few minutes later, asking if there was something I needed.

Mark played mediator between buyer and seller like a true professional. In the end we both walked away happy.

3.The realtor we were dealing with for the sellers didn't satisfy us. He was late on getting all the stuff he needed to get to our bank in time which made us close later than we expected. It felt to us he didn't care at all whatsoever. Very disappointed. He also let his sellers leave the house a pit. Fridge was disgusting and trash bags were there when we got there. Can't believe he let them leave the house we bought for a lot of money like that. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED.
